We will have the opportunity to visit Soufli and be better informed about the loom, how many types there are manual, motorized wooden and metal large and small. Made from the beginning of 1900 until today. We will learn about the weaving process, as well as the types of weaving pattern and the variety of yarns used in the weaving art.
JEWELLERY MAKING & SILK REELING PROCESS
2. EXPERIENCES ON THE SILK ROAD

Location: Soufli
We will have the opportunity to visit Soufli and make jewellery from silk thread or fabric as well as cocoons and at the end of the workshop all participants could take with them their own creations while we will also have the opportunity to live the ultimate experience of silk reeling process.

Here you will have the opportunity to take the most stunning photos overlooking the Thracian sunset and of course to taste traditional local Thracian products accompanied by remarkable Thracian wine. MONASTERIES OF EVROS
4. RELIGIOUS TOURISM IN EVROS LAND

Location: Soufli
Starting from Panagia of Evros, a newly established nunnery with rich intellectual property, then we head to Panagia Kosmosotira, a monastery that dominates in the small village of Feres since 1151 at the urging of the Byzantine prince Isaac Komnenos and reflects the majesty of Constantinople art as a miniature of Hagia Sophia. After a short stop we depart for the nunnery of Panagia Portaitissa in Kornofolia Evros which was founded in 1747 and is part of the Holy Monastery of Iveron on Mount Athos. The last Monastery that we will visit is the male historical Holy Monastery of the Nativity of Mary in Dadia forest of the 17th century.
